The reason blood is so good for us is that it's flat damage; prot doesn't do a ton of damage on its own so good damage procs tend to do a lot more for us, raw damage wise..than mainstat stuff.

Is it because the soulbinds suck, it lacks the utility of kyrian/nf, or a bit of both? Like if condemn got a buff right now, it would still be lacking?

its a rage spender compared to the rage generators of the other 3
its straight up worse ST raid damage than NF (even tho thats what its supposed to do)

Hi guys, hoping someone can help; with Titanic Ocular Gland trinket im at 32% haste... i understand the "cap" is 35%. Is it worth taking either of the other options over Into The Fray to avoid going over 35?

the reason ocular gland isnt great is because you are a tank and might not be above 50% for the majority of the fight thus lose out on stats, but thats more of a case by case thing

the only "cap" that exists is 39/40% because at 40% the 20% stat tax sets in

and ITF doesnt care about that cap

because the stat tax only applies to the value numbers, not exact %

You have to up all the shards from the set you use

The set proc bonus uses the lowest level shard you have for that set bonus

Well really depends on the fight and mechanics

Most bosses don't do large one hits if you cycle your mitigation and defensive correctly

Him not taking damage means he could be doing a lot correct
