I would think hard mode tazavash would be the first thing anyone @sick sentinel6'ish would want to do. M+ doesn't give upgrades over previous mythic quality until 10+ I believe..and you're only getting small amounts of loot for the time invested.

Right that's fine; but you go in with a solid group of guildies and you clear a dungeon with a solid amount of loot; so everyone is coming out stronger. M+ is so random with gear.
