Use alar if you think a cheat death will save a wipe, phial from PF good st trinket, then gluttonous spike is alright (nothing special) but very easy to get at a good ilevel

Also, hymnal trinket is very strong, even at lower i levels. If you can find one, give it a go

I'm looking at warcraft logs and seeing that there are a few Venthyr Prots at the higher tiers, but they all play Nadjia and not Draven, anyone know why? Getting a bunch of players who can all spec for a trinket drop for example is going to be your best way of getting a decent set of gear imo. You can then upgrade the real key pieces while you wait to see what the vault brings

I did +16 on my monk at 205 ilvl, you can probably do a 15 now if you are careful and kite a lot
