I don't think there is really a definitive answer for these kinda questions, it just kinda depends on what your struggles are or goals

I was failing low level pug groups and I was told by one healer it felt like I was taking too much dmg, but then I hoped into a couple higher keys with guildies who knew how to support the tank and it made all the difference, having the communication for your groups helps a ton. And people actually using cds like elemental or trees on a hard pull is overlooked in pugs

IP is a 50% dmg reduction so what id say is try to keep a high uptime on SB and dump rage into ignore pain only when you can spare the rage, or use it when a group has high magic dmg which warriors struggle with. For mgk dmg also try to use spell reflect on that 20 second cd
