use raider.io to change it into something you like. what also helps is to talk to people you play often with. I play with a demo lock for example, so some pulls have to be different or work better differently.

so in my friday run where i was running around and charging for dps no defensive and only all fights i had more blocked hits than unmitigated hits over 70% on a lot of them without tracking it or trying very hard

its mostly a fight by fight decision. current statistics would tell you that reprisal is the better legendary for dps by a huge margin, but that's very deceptive because if you look into those logs, thats (1) very few outliers who also (2) dump all their rage in revenge anyway
so there arent enough logs to control for all variables for robust statistics
