the only change that affects UF vs Ravager decision is that TC now does 10% more damage relative to other abilities
and that's not enough to make it good at damage
meanwhile, you're not running Thunderlord anymore, so you don't even want to spam TC in the first place

The question comes down to can we survive the highest keys while using seismic. If we can then seismic is 100% the play but from my experience, just surviving WHILE keeping the mobs as Stationary as possible is the most important for timing high keys. so if reprisal truly let's us run AM and is 80% uptime of SB in keys then yes it will be the best in theory

My guild is currently progging on M Sludgefist and I hope we'll have him down through next reset. I'm also potentially swapping to my Warrior for the final 3 fights because we lack a Warrior (I currently play Guardian). I have The Wall made and it's r2. I have enough Soul Ash to create any r4 legendary. I currently plan on making r4 Reprisal because I feel it'll be more beneficial than the wall on both SLG and Denny. Am I right in thinking this or will The Wall still be better?

The "nerf" the pin is refering to is that the Shield Block duration it grants was reduced from 6s to 4s late in the PTR build phase. Buit it's still amazingly good for solo-tanking content such as M+
