I experience it a bit when first tanking something new, the damage profile is kinda overwhelming etc. But after like 2-4 pulls you kinda get used to it and you realize you don't need to focus so hard on that and you start paying attention to everything else

As Jakey said tbh, you will probably be fine if you can handle the mechanics. Sludgefist can be a bit sketchy on first kills but you probably have higher ilvl than when I first killed it on HC so that helps
