Hey, when you're tanking as prot, what is considered a 'defensive'? Like if you are tanking heroic Denathrius and he hits you with shattering pain. It says to pop a defensive. Are you just popping something like ignore pain or shield block or does it mean actually pop a big defensive like shield wall?

If it's magic then there's no use of Shield Block and vica versa.
So in the case of SHatterinb Pain - it's Blockable meaning you should use Shield Block.

I think the best trinkets you should go for are Phial of Putrefaction / Anima Field Emitter along with Blood Spattered Scale / Flexnathrius shield trinket

When you are behind in content due to getting to cap later, thus being behind on both ilvl and r.io, you will have trouble finding groups
but there are always guilds you can join / communities you can join that will help you
and you can always make your own groups, rather than join

His casts are largely random once you get to a certain point of the fight; he basically just picks from a pool of whatever he has enough anima for. The best way to counter that is to make sure you have the boss turned away from everyone (and hope your DPS are not the type who like to stack on you). After the empyreal ordinance, run out at an angle to everyone else in case he does it as you're running out. It will always hit at your position when the stomp cast ends so as long as you're not near someone at that time, you're fine
