In the vault i got a 216 chest now 47 critt/87 haste. And a neck 210 135 haste/ 54 mastery. Can't really decied what to get of those 2

I personally go Bounding because the AOE increase isn't really worth it.
And the slow isn't enough to matter.

Are you guys running Brutal Vitality in your 4th row Pelagos conduit or Stalwart Guardian ? I feel IP gets eaten so fast there is little reason to get a % of damage gain to it for raid anyway I should say. In M+ I can maybe still see it but even then IP is eaten so fast its a hard sell
