shield is our single most important item slot, it will have the highest impact on performance, that said ilvl comes into play, i have a 155 shield, so the 200 ilvl shield would be absolutely massive for me, but say i had a 194 shield, the 200 ilvl shield wouldnt be nearly as impactful as if i got an upgrade of near 20 or m ore ilvls in a different slot

I memed a boss in torghast with condemn, the thing that makes it hit harder and useable at any hp%, and a rage mote...I condemned that boss from 100% to dead in like 20s.

My hp bar didn't move
