= Boots >= Belt = Gloves > Wrist > Cloak

This is generally going to be the most bang for your buck out of the extra ilvl, with some variance on the relative value of jewelry depending on what you are optimizing for._

@hard cypress you really shouldn't use rage on revenge other than using it:
A) in the beginning to get aggro, or
B) you're totally rage capped and have more than enough ignore pain up that you don't need more, or
C) the content is trivial and you wanna pump them numbers up.

Of course you do, but shuffle as a progression mechanic is extremely valuable. Whether you're world first or knuckedragging 9 months later. It makes things easier. Doesn't mean you have to have a monk, but will it cut down your attempts a little bit? Sure.

i mean no, it's because your logic is honestly confusing. a fixed, hypothetical player, will perform very similar whether playing monk, or paladin, or bear, or DH. if someone can't tank, they can't tank period. having them on a different tank won't change this. what you often see is someone will switch to a fotm spec because they think it's better and will make them play better, but it doesn't, because at the end of the day, they're still at step one: learn to tank. you're correct, monks in raiding have recently been pretty simple to pick up, and a good choice. so is literally every tank. all of the tanks are good in raiding. you only see monks in world first race because everyone is undergeared and undergeared monks (and DKs, to an extent) are a lot easier to heal than anything else.

Is there a Penalty for zoning in/out of Torghast over and over? I just got scratched knife as my starter choice for the 3rd 'tier' ? of one of the new wings. Avatar + that ability literally 1 shot the final boss, 192k damage..non crit, just a base hit.

I literally don't know; but if history is any evidence the first week M+ opens up it's ilevel is hamstrung a bit..to prevent you from overgearing heroic before even stepping foot in it.

I'd guess it's gonna' be capped lower than it will be once mythic raid opens up, and they uncap M+ gear for the tier.

Survivability wise, the DR isn't reliable, our biggest weakness is when SB isn't up and if you want to get the most value out of TGV you're using DS on CD

Quick question regarding gearing - wow head site seems to imply that sockets are the highest priority ahead of haste then vers. This seems to imply that a piece of gear that is the same ilvl but maybe not as good secondary stats with a haste gem is better/more value than a piece with same ilvl but haste/vers
