Not really, no - that's why Venthyr is the worst for us. We rarely use Execute as it is outside of some ST situations and Condemn is no different.
In m+ it's pretty much a dead ability.

First thing I am trying to focus on is the uptime of my Shield Block, the understanding I have right now is that I should keep that up for as much as possible and that rage generation/spending is to be focused around always having Shield Block up right?
As I tried testing myself its impossible to have 100% uptime. I go for SB, SB, SB, Last Stand+Bolster, repeat. This makes me regain some cooldown on SB while Last Stand is up and go again but I think its not getting me 100% uptime, Am I missing something? Or do I just need more haste?

Condemn in ST situations provides a lot of damage as long as you play properly.
It just costs Rage to cast so it competes with our mitigation for the same Resource.
But luckily in raids you got 2 tanks so you can go Condemn happy if you're not actively tanking.

If you are semi familiar with tanking/Protection then you should be able to run the more offensive route.

When it comes to stats we want MORE of them. Which ever item has more stats is the one you go for.
If you have 2 items that are of the same item level you start looking at the stat priority which would then be HAste>Vers>=Crit>mastery
This does not always hold true on things like trinkets/rings or pieces with low main stat value.

Throw down a ravager as you're charging in, thunderclap on arrival, demo shout for the debuff and then spear/night fae is enough to pretty much hold any pack.
Ravager helps greatly in m+ to feed rage for revenge

Kohnar, I recommend dragon roar for snap threat.
On normal dungeons, you have the "scaling" factor as well.
If you're lvl 60 and you have a bunch of lower level players in your group things can get sketchy with threat.

Havenโt been having agro issues. Make sure you are snapping threat in larger pulls with ravager/dragon roar if you are talented that way. Outside of that snap with clap and use your revenge procs. Taunt mobs that stray from you. If you are kyrian use spear. @warped patrol
