How often should I be using shield wall? How often can I use it? I’ve been having problems in pugs with magic damage and what feels like a complete lack of interrupts from DPS on Salt blast in tol dagor. It felt like I could use it once in the first casters with the tide and then again with the next group. I haven’t tried it as the time I was in there the dps ran ahead got killed by lockdown and we wiped.

You should use it with Avatar and it syncs up pretty decently with CD's.
The "properly" part was ment to not waste any of the extra rage you gain..e.g if you have 50 rage and you use DS during Lucid you just wasted 30 rage etc.
The main strength of it comes from pretty much having 40 seconds of Avatar in a row due to Anger Management and like 3-4 DS casts in that window.

Talent in second row used to give 100/200/300 sanity to each member in your group now gives 50/100/150
They moved a talent from the second to last tier up to a new tier on its own - which is huge because it slows down getting a talent that restores sanity as you kill elites
Effectively; this hopefully balances rate of progress between group and solo content (the one talent they nerfed) and then also slows down progress for both solo and groups as they have to invest three more talents before getting a very powerful one

@oblique garnet Hello, big fan of your work in whole prot warrior scene. I have a huge problem and I think you could help me with it. I was planning to play my prot warrior in nyalotha (pretty new char, still learning), but our MT whos is also GM doesnt want me to play warrior because he thinks prot warriors are unplayable after k-value nerf in mythic raids (He is some ignorant unemployed fortnite player). He used to play brm and now probably plays bdk in next tier and im suppose to play brm, but i really hate that spec, its just so boring. What do you think I should do, should I switch guilds or something, or just keep my prot warrior dream on hold untill next expansion (Im healer main atm)?

i was wondering about m+ minor essences, lets say I either go vision or lucid as major, (so i'd take one of these as minor too) and the 2nd minor i didn't know what to go between conflict or aegis
currently i'm going major vision and 2 minors are lucid and aegis
generally i would change em around based on situation but was wondering for general heavy aoe pulls, wouldn't aegis be better than conflict given constant enemies so lots of versatility?

You should use Last Stand more liberally unless you know there's a big group of mobs you need it on coming soon. It has a fairly short cool down thanks to BV/Anger Management.

Am I right in thinking Shadow of Zul is another mob where you just use IP and not SB? The last couple times I've done it I've been dumping all rage into IP because I noticed on details I was taking like 200k physical and 2mi+ damage from the shadow barrage or whatever, and it seems to be the way to go.
