it does; you actually get more Prim stat on-use when you use their version (if you remove a debuff, the duration of the prim stat buff increases which is neat)

they also get some increased move speed inside and 1% phys damage reduction

personally, I prefer normal Dwarf

2% more crit damage and phys damage DR when you stoneform (so if you know you dont need it, you can actually use it as a mini CD for phys damage)

but if you dont like the look of Dwarf, just stay your current race. Human has their bright spots to! 2% more stat and a stun break can actually help a lot

SD>BB for ST with Deep Wounds talent. Bloodsurge rage gain isn't that big against one target and worth swapping imo. If the encounter is trivial you could even drop Defender's Aegis and keep Bloodsurge that way, though that is very situational.

Those are your defensives, wdym? You dump all of your rage into IP keep shield block up at all times, whenever IP falls you dump into it. You will do less damage but it is a pretty foolproof way to survive. It also simplifys the kit to 4 button rotation, so you can focus on all the other things that come with m+/raid/tanking.
