I sometimes save using it on CD to align w my avatar. A habit from TWW when we had bug damage with it.

Does that really matter any more? Or do we just send it on CD for the most part?

Sometimes I’m in situations where I have like 20s on avatar CD and shield charge is up. I need to use it to fill Shield Block uptime but am not sure if that’s hurting my dps when it gets out of sync like that. An its better to try and hold out those 20s if I can to sync them.
