Now im starting to hit a point where I feel like my routes arent the best, and want to learn, but im finding it difficult to actually learn the routes, I can put it into MDT but its hard trying to constantly consult the addon to see what to pull next. Any advice on the best way to learn the meta routes?

Repetition mostly. If you have two monitors, take a snippet of the route and throw it on the other monitor. Know where you are in the dungeon based on your mdt map. Learn the names of the mobs. See if you can recreate the route in mdt on your own

And give yourself mental shortcuts like "im going left out of the hallway and need everything along the wall"

The biggest problem is that it depends on what you already have, what content you reasonably have on farm, how likely you are to get something, etc

Loosely, raid trinkies will likely be the hardest thing across all xpacs as a tank to get (unless they're specifically tank trinkets ofc) due to highest competition and rarest source

Other items can have very high immediate value impact, like a Myth track shield or wep

And then ofc there's filling jewelry slots to enable you to hit stat breakpoints if there's any you want to reach as well as just targetting low ilvl slots

A lot of this rolls back into the crafting system we have now, too

It's pretty easy to get a shield that's almost max ilvl by just crafting it

Selling boosts for ingame currency isnt just allowed, it is supported.

What isnt: is boosting through a out of game community or doing boosting advertisements in the wrong places.

You are allowed to gather some friends (the ones who fill the party), or as a guild advertise selling boosts in /services. You are allowed to boost for gold or barter, as long it is done within the confined of ingame. So you can sell a boost for gold or trade example a Raid boost 1 boss, for 8 weekly keys. You are not allowed to trade 8 weekly keys, for a boost in a classic raid or a match in League. It must remain within WoW and the version of WoW.

You cant use 'carry offered' LFG to advertise, nor use it to set up for gold boosts. That channel is only for people who wants to boost others for simple fun. No gold sales, no barter.

You are allowed to boost through deals made in whispers initiated by the buyer engaging with interest. You are not allowed to whisper others first to advertise, nor steer the conversation into the question being made.

Is there an add-on that lets you track spell reflect easily/notifies you if a mob is casting a spell on you?
I knew this was easily trackable via WA's in the past, but not sure if it's something that can still be tracked/shown easily now?

you can for example get haste/mastery items if you play fury too

and will be good as tank and offense

master/crit and versa are very close and depend on your gear while haste is the best stat for prot

for fury haste is also the best stat and mastery comes next

so you should be fine with prioritizing haste in general and then leaning towards mastery

the first diminishing return point only starts after 1300 for most stats, which is not really achieved in s1

so haste + good distribution among the others is generally a good approach
