it's mostly just tank and spank in terms of defensive usage.
only real tank tip I'd offer is when you're tanking vaelgor. make sure you are very close, like inside his model so that when he does his tankbuster it doesn't "inch" him forward

cus his buster does a knockback, and since you stack them close in mythic you may get them too close if you get knockedback too far

Warrior rage economy is probably the biggest driver of your dps output, it will plummet your dps if you’re wasting it

I have a question. We are progging vanguard on mythic. I am cotanking with a bdk. We are starting every fight normally, I pop all cds and go ham on Bellamy. He does the same with Lightblood.

6 seconds later i don’t have aggro on anything. I taunt Bellamy and lose aggro immediately after despite going ham on him non stop.

My stats are reasonably balanced with enough haste and crit. I am 281, he is 282
