a. a helm, one of the 3 pieces with biggest stat pools on any character on any class

if you want to sim Prism vs your champ trinket, then sim only those

I can only pick helm and I already picked it. I was trying to figure out reason for something that is 289 ilvl to be about the same in st and worse in aoe compared to a 267. Both trinkets are crit (one flat and one proc) but still i would imagine 289

Ok you get helm and trinket in your vault. You go to simc and paste your profile. In simc you select BOTH your possible helm upgrade and your possible trinket upgrade and then you run sim.

Sim results show:
Row1: dps increase with helm
Row2: current gear without any upgrades
Row3: dps decrease with only the trinket option (this row shows current gear with trinket swapped only)

Ofc in the vault you can only pick one and in the sim i assume I can select all upgrade possibilities.

Based on these results, ofc i know to pick helm since its an increase.

Is it a true statement that given the sim results, the trinket is not worth getting since it is below currently equipped gear?
