I like the idea of Ravager being an emergency 'rage potion' plus nice aoe dmg buff, it generates 60 rage and whirling blade generates 20 rage, but whirling blade procs about 6x time during the 1.5min cooldown period of ravager.

Hi everyone! I’ve been having some trouble since I started tanking (only been about two or three weeks). I’m struggling to keep 100% uptime on Shield Block. I’m not sure if it’s a skill issue, a lack of stats, or something else.
I currently have 737 Haste. Are there any foods, flasks, or other items that could help? Or should I stack more Haste to lower the cooldown? I often find myself with neither Shield Block nor Shield Charge available.

depletes give IO if depleted when under a certain key level, and even after that key level if depleted within a certain amount of time
