So just replace the top ring as soon as you get a better one

Aoe dmg is supposed to kill healers and dps and therefore not very high for us in the first place
Since those are both mythic rings it‘s better than not having avoidance of course
especially with leech on the 2nd ring

I would recommend crafting a 285 weapon and shield with myth crests from doing m+.
If you do hc raids belo’ren, vorasius and dreamrift boss (I forgot the name) still have great trinkets that are at least equal to what you get in dungeons.
Nexus point rings are nice, seat gloves also worth getting.
