so you have t4 right away and start getting catalyst charges dropping from activities

What you do is

If you get a piece that has higher ilvl than your current set item

you go to the forge and make it a set item

Then you replace your old set item with the new set item

The set gloves have the worst stats so you will not make them into tier items

unless you got gloves as a drop there's no reason to use them if you can use the other 4

if you can't upgrade the non tier set you just got you go into t11 bountiful delves or m+ for the catalyst charge you need, but only once you have the t4 set bonus acquired

the catalyst charges drop from raids, m+, delve bountiful coffers and idk what else, i think you get one at 2k m+ rating

They're, functionally identical output wise, 1 won't pull ahead meaningfully more than the other so pick your favorite

Time will tell but Colo also loves 3 target cleave specifically

1 will of course pull ahead in certain fights or the other but I can't imagine on 1 tree's perfect fight the difference to be much higher than 3% difference

You can drop Enduring Alacrity, Bloodborne, or TaN for those talents if you want, but neither is recommended. Last Stand provides a reward for using Shield Wall incorrectly, and Indomitable is unnecessary (though not nearly as bad as Last Stand).
