The thing with right now is that the balance hasnt settled either. Healers are still getting hit with tuning. Once a meta healer is established as much as the tank meta it’ll likely settle to very similar numbers. But there are still more than 1 tank and healer capable of the top levels. Yep, just make sure to not hold on to your CDs for too long; it can be beneficial to hold for adds/damage amps, but losing a cast in a fight will almost always be worse than holding for those sections
