Almost always for Prot Warrior, if it's not a bleed or sustained magic damage rot, it's generally them not pressing buttons/getting hit in the back/etc

Until they change how the class works, those are Prot's main weaknesses

Bursts of magic damage can be handled decently well with access to SR's DR portion/Shield Wall and the like, hence why I specificed sustained magic damage
