This is what I see 1) Blocked Attacks is low. Swap from ITF to HR to help with block uptime 2) dont hold Demo shout. You only pressed it 23 times in a 26 minute dungeon and you have thunderlords. Cd for this should be like once ever 30 seconds 3) you wasted a good amount of rage. You should be pressing IP to dump rage to prevent overcap. This helps fuel the our CDR on things like Avatar and SW. 4) casts of SS and TClap look good. Just make sure you arent losing uses on either button. Prio is Thunderblast->SS->Thunderclap

my first thoughts here were: heart of ancient hunger (i heard its a good trinket) or myth shield BUT i know the voidforge on 21st April will allow us to pump weapons and trinkets to 298 and I heard you can pump hero 6/6, myth 6/6 and myth crafted (idk if this is confirmed)
raidbots tells me to get gloves for pure damage/dps increase, but i'm unsure if picking it just for dps would be a good choice?
