That's generally one of the good uses of the crafting system is to patch up low ilvl gear; embellish or not, if the piece you're crafting is a big gain, it's a big gain

When I look at my raid for the past years: 5-7 DPS that also tank in m+, but only one that also heal. And the supply for tanks is bigger for raid as there are so many but fewer slots than the higher demond for healers.
We have random healers almost every week (zrying to recruit new for permanent arm)

Very stale at the moment, at least in my opinion the last few expansions you’d try to sacrifice bone shield stacks to drastically reduce the cooldowns on dancing rune weapon now they took away all of those and it’s a very meh gameplay experience.

They pruned a lot of the activation DRs (runetap, LB, Tombstone), reduced self healing even more from DS (that was already iffy; now it is only healing during CDs), your Boneshield managment is more boring and worse to do (no synergy, nothing to make up for the clunk)

You got fewer options to do plays, you got less selfreliance and you are more vournable than ever. So tankiness feels like shit.
Rotation is shit, as you dont get enough haste to flow, you kinda just stuck in a mire of trying to get RP to press DS to heal, yet you want to DS to DPS - if you DS for DPS and not HPS, you waste your bloodpool, that in spiky dam intake situations will kill you.
It is a spec that now got to overgear content to feel "this is ok", and I dont even know if it can become "this is fun :D" tier anymore
Can you do the content - sure, is it heck of a lot easier on any other tank? Hell yes.

We have a lot of off gcd presses. 15-20cpm of IP, 5-6cpm of Shield Block. That being said, that chart doesn't represent what players will actually do most of the time. The best pwar will probably be somewhere between 65 and 75 actual cpm and that's including things that probably aren't used in the sim like shield wall, SR, health pots, etc.

in ST you should do execute and try not to waste your rage by overstacking it. use your rage -> lower the CD of avatar -> mby get one more cast from it and deal bit more dmg (he got 5 casts in a fight 1 min faster than yours).
his Outbursts windows are also like 16 sec and yours is 37 sec

Just get used to pressing a non-intrusive button, like a thumb button on your mouse - every time you reach 80 rage
make it a habbit, and you will have fixed your problem with IP
Your brain will learn the pattern, it will make it muscle memory, and you will press IP at the learned behaviour point without fail

If you want a real answer, the 2/3 add good damage and they moved the 5% DR from phalanx to the 4th node to encourage people to take all 4. The 1/4 apex builds are stuck in beta where the first point was frontloaded with all the value
