@shy python Shield Slam is the highest rage source, by a lot. We can reset the cooldown of Shield Slam by pressing TC, Revenge, and auto attacking. We cannot reset SS by casting Ignore Pain. We also cannot always be pressing rage generators (SS and TC), so without any other rotational abilities in the mix, we'd be twiddling our thumbs. Since we do have openings, and IP is not required to be pressed unless we're over 70 rage to prevent overcapping, we can press Revenge. This has the effect of allowing us to press SS MORE, which means:

• we generate more rage overall
• we get over 70 rage more, which means we cast IP more

yeah i use IV when its up but it's not always I have it up for affix, i wish we had something like tiger's lust

so easier to deal with it on my monk

Honestly its nice to help the healer, but it isnt a hard affix to heal imo

Just IV if u can, otherwise let them deal with it

90% of my healers doesn't complain about, just had a run with a shammy healer tho that kept yapping about how i should have it to cleanse myself and i was like "bruh"
