I’m not a guild leader so take it with a grain of salt.
IMO, you always play your strongest players and you rotate the lesser ones. The only time this wouldn’t be true is if your strongest players don’t need gear from the bosses you’re sitting them on or you’re a high enough skill level team where you’re pulling bosses that have a strict comp requirement

Revenge! is one of those things like IP or Phalanx that at a glance seems useful to track but in reality just adds cognitive load for no benefit. Let the procs play naturally into your rotation instead of trying to track and adjust to them

Ip is the thing that is used not to overcap and is off gcd. Revenge is on the gcd. You should be pressing ip not to obercap.

Whether your revenge is free has no impact on any decision you can possibly make and therefore is waisted space on your screen. Tracking weather shield slam/tb are available are much more useful
