Im tww had to press like 7 gcds before starting rotation. To fix delete half of the buttons, give cdr, and give 200% armor upon entering combat with new enemy (only for that new enemy) to avoid 1 shot on pull. Fixed ur welcome

OK so I did a +15 windrunner spire I took 78.77 million damage.. with apex 5% dr i took 74.83 miillion damage. THEREFORE apex dam reduced roughly 4 mil damage in that run. We must weigh this reduction against any and all last stand health amounts/indom healing/ encounter situational variations where non apex may be situationally superior

well maybe you could get the seat gloves 6/6 hero and get the belt, try simming that, otherwise it's very good, gloves give more main stat than belt
