typically after wep/shield, a ring or high stat piece will be the biggest upfront upgrade, but long term you want to replace all of that with myth 6/6 and craft on low impact slots like cloak/wrist

the choice here is not related to high keys it's related to how much haste you have
around the 1200 haste mark you can switch HR to ITF so you can maintain SB uptime

That is only a thing if you have way too much rage income..IP is used to avoid rage capping. When played correctly,it adds up to a decent defensive value.

But to use IP you need to actually generate rage..building rage and using it is how Prot warrior works. Currently you are not generating almost anything.
