Keep in mind that the first boss in raid drops a shield, so If you're clearing / gonna clear mythic then I'd hold off on shield as you'll be getting the one from first boss pretty quickly.

set a mark on the right side after stairs, ask your mates to stand there, wait for first patrol to pass, walk middle, axe throw left Big flower, the other middle and patrol and charge on the remaining one, press SW, aoe taunt when mobs are in range and then the set up is fine. Having people stacked helps the set up a lot

Also i found that the dot only stacks initially since each lasher will refresh it as they cast on different times, but if i kite until it falls and charge in and they all apply their dot at the same time, it will fall on its own before they can reapply it
but i havent done it enough to be sure it works consistently

you have to upgrade both shield and MH. If you want to minmax it you upgrade a 2-hander as arms and then you can upgrade MH + Shield without crests
