Few things to note:
-Not running Violent Outburst and Whirling Blade are two big hits to your rage economy, which means your survivability. Ironically dropping either of these for indom makes indom much less valuable
-Not running Javelineer is a mistake. A ranged silence is huge for a tank to have
-77.32% Shield Block Uptime, and only blocking 78% of melees
-~1,800 wasted rage over the course of the key
-Only 12 casts of Demo Shout? That is a very important button to hit both for survivability and damage
-Casts of Shield Charge, Shield Wall, Spell Reflect, all seem quite low.
-In general your casts per minute are lower than average. You are sitting at ~40 CPM, wheras similar runs and logs are closer to ~65

Wasted rage means rage that was generated while you were close to or at rage cap, essentially vanishing into the ether because you had too much. That’s 1800 rage you could’ve spent on defensives or damage that simply vanished

Protection revolves around strong rage managment. Spending rage fuels Anger Managment for CDR on Shield Wall and Avatar, which in turn allows for more casts of our big defensive and big offensive, which feeds into more rage generated

Ravager/Whirling Blade generates 10 rage every time it deals damage. Over a dungeon it generates a lot of rage, which feeds the machine

VO makes it so the affected SS will not only do more damage, but generate 50% more rage and give you a free IP

Taking BSV is fine, but the point we reccomend dropping for it is Tough as Nails, since that is just a pure dps node

Keep these things in mind going forward and try to practice them
-Rage is everything to Prot. Make sure you have a rage bar that is easy to see at any given moment. If it ever gets close to being full, spend that rage on IP
-Make sure mobs never, EVER get behind you
-Use your full kit. Demo Shout, Shield Wall, Spell Reflect, these are tools at your disposal. Dont be afraid to use them. You may mess up and send a defensive when its not needed, or not have a defensive when you need one, but thats part of learning to tank!

That's a pretty niche ask. I can't imagine there's much availability of people doing high keys but not using high key routes (which by definition are going to be as extreme tech as required by the key).
