I track ip in 3 places on my ui and I also turned off my shield block tracker since it doesn’t seem to sustain my hp as much as ignore pain
If you read the tooltips this makes logical sense because ignore pain absorbs damage taken while shield block only blocks it and you can’t even have full up time with it needs a 3rd charge atleast

Theres a lot of situations that tracking ignore pain helps me doing decisions. For example, im in execute phase and my ignore pain barely moves, i just forget it and spam execute, in other case my ignore pain is suffering like hell, i can see more clearly that im suffering a lot of damage, i mantain IP instead of execute. I can see my hp bar moving too, but the ignore pain bar adds info to the situatiin and turns the decision easier

(Combine two binds, that you otherwise want to have sepparated)

I can give you more, but the examples above are meant for those with special case reasons to needing to combine binds
