some say do campaign and then since you will be around 87-88 do profession and delves quests

do a delve world tour and collect all the quests (with dmf buff you can do it in ~45 mins)

delve world tour is 1.5 levels around

turn warmode on and campaign until 87

leave wm on and turn in all delve quests then do professions xp bonuses and you should be 90

(ideally have dmf buff the whole time ESPECIALLY during the delve turn ins and first craft bonuses)

if you want to farm rep at the same time but level slower you can do side quests to 87 instead of the campaign
