Prot is probably one of the simplest tanks in the game, theres no rotational decision making really needed most of the time, especially for thane. They killed the only one we had in TWW with making Outburst only work on SS

Umm actually sim shows that with the recommended 55% haste I still have a downtime of 0.1% with only 99.9-% uptime and that’s with a robot playing perfectly. I’ve logged 420 heroic dungeons and with human error and pulls its ACTUALLY better to have 56% haste.
