1. healer misinformation, HPS, reddit: all of these compounded give more importance to IP for some reason. "Its in the meters, so it should be important", while we know for a fact Shield Block is the most important metric/buff while effective use of IP is generally as a rage dump. (i hopefully dont have to mention that it is actually important on very specific infinitely scaling circumstances depending on gear - but if these people dont know which those are, they aren't in that level and probably will never be

2. Rage use: people dont understand how using an Off-GCD (IP/SB) is faster rage consumption than a GCD (revenge/execute) resulting it faster CDR via Anger Management, resulting in more DPS via both AM and Outburst, more rage gain via Outburst, etc etc. They seem to think that if you press IP at 70+ rage you magically wont have enough to press Revenge.
