The rule of thumb is keep up at least 1 stack of ironfur for the armor and the 5% mastery buff from a new talent, but even if you dropped ironfur you can survive on raw HP and self healing alone in a lot of cases

They shortened the CD of Frenzied Regen and added a talent that converts 80% of its overhealing into a shield

Plus 30% of your Raze/Ravage/Thrash damage becomes a shield, and Ravage hits like a fucking truck

And since we expected it, we planned around it and i was ilvl capped on my characters after like a couple of dungeons, so it didnt even make me grind more or anything
