So you essentially would mangle 6 times, Fluid Form Rake/Shred to go into cat, drop an empowered Rip, and then Fluid Form Mangle back to bear

2: going into cat immediately deletes all your rage. This was fine before cuz you could spam ironfur to turn it into damage but now we want to pool some rage to get stronger Maul/Raze/Ravage with a new talent
3: with the talent for double mangle, we have less downtime in the rotation for general catweaving between globals
