I'm trying to play Protection Warrior without macroing Shield Block, but despite the advice I've received, I don't see the benefit of unbinding it. At the same time, I hate managing it manually.
I've understood that avoiding the macro is mainly to prevent wasting it at the end of a pack, which would leave you without charges for the next pull in M+.
However, I've created a macro that allows me to stop casting Shield Block when the pull is almost over, even while I keep up the rest of my rotation. Basically: Shield Block stays in the standard rotation, BUT I can opt out of using it when I choose. Do you think this could work?
