I like to make one of those one pot slops as i like to call it. Just pack it in with bunch of flavor, id start with chopping up bacon into small pieces frying them nice and crispy then add chili garlic and onion into it and saute them in the bacon fats After they are done id add chicken breasts that are marinated with some honey herbs and spices soy etc get them and cook them up a bit. After id add the rice into the pot with some coconut milk and water and let the whole thing cook through under medium heat. I like to finish it with some Koskenlaskija™ but idk if you have it there
