There arent that many changes you can make in db that are as good as the common pulls

You can do 3 pulls in area after first boss, all 3 being miniboss pulls. With that you want to pull a pack to the boss, you have different packs which are viable for that. You can also do 4 pulls in 2nd area, 1 being additional. Slightly slower, much safer. With those 4 pulls you have some actual variety what to play and in what order you should play. You can add some casters in orb miniboss for count if you need or some blobs though blobs are not that popular

I'm very critical of people when it comes to them criticising osrs pvm content

Lots of people just want to have the whole mindless grind -> big drop -> dopamine

To the point where they whine incessantly if anything good is locked behind challenging content

like bowfa (the only valid complaint about this is the absurd drop rate) or infernal cape or etc etc

I always say there's a huge contingent of osrs players who just log in to chop wood and then log out forever

if stuff wasn't tradeable tho there'd be a huge amount of players who just won't even try the content before deciding it's too hard for them and then criticising the game for it

but the content you're doing to collect shit is sometimes just complete slop

or limited time events that are just there to have you perform some motions to get the reward

like I don't think old raids are slop just because they're trivial now and their whole purpose is to be farmed for mogs/mounts

if I was to list things I dislike, it's like

1. FOMO anything
2. Trivial boring content that has disproportionately good rewards so I'm kinda "forced" to do it
3. Thrown together chores as a catch-up mechanic (like Nightfall, for example)
4. Delves

ig 2 3 and 4 can be considered all part of the same thing

I also basically dislike every single .5 patch too, or whatever the patches are where they add some shit like the dracythr island in DF or the circlet island this expac

Here's a bunch of fucking chores to do on all your characters for a mandatory ring, we might give you a skip for some of it tho, you're welcome!!

At least this expac we got new dungeons in M+ each season and they were mostly really good tbh

I really wish they expanded on the idea of the megadungeon for myth track loot
