but i can see why not give it to all characters, so like, maybe it should be some shit if you unlock the teleport, your account has it, but 1 character has to be at least 2k
for that season, for any of unlocked portals
and then like, if you have the teleport unlocked and you can use it, it shows in the group finder

Just parsing through a few top logs and it seems to be the case, 25+ CPM of IP and 5-6 CPM of revenge vs under 20 IPs and closer to 10 revenge
It also just comes down to luck, sometimes you just don't proc the thing that lets you press a better button than revenge

You’re usually better off pressing ip than revenge in the thick of it bc it’s off global
So when cds are running if you prioritize revenge, you end up gcd locking yourself

Left is always gonna be low for you because it's based on all keys done, so low keys will always parse grey comparing a 6 to a 20, key% is based on other parses at that key level for a more direct comparison

I’m less concerned with the actual numbers atm than the implications it could have when they turn the levers, I would really love an expansion where both hero specs are either equal, or niche
