I have no idea why you're using Battle Shout 46 times in a key; it's on the global cooldown and certainly isn't helping things.
You're using Into the Fray with only 20k haste which is probably the rest of why your blocked hits are low, though you'd be doing less damage without it.

IP absorb amount is a very low value thing to track unless you have a specific purpose for it considering how many applications of it you apply, as well as the fact it doesn't really affect your decision making

One of the minor problems I have in that area as well is when I have a pack with a star steer there are two different scenarios

1. I move the pack towards the orb from the star seer and whilst doing so move get smashed in the back

2. If I successfully move the pack towards the orb, I suddenly lose aggro to the Starseer

But shouldn’t the dps be getting the orb?

well not exactly, but you dont need to move constantly

you should move when you have a reason to move

when you move tend to turn around

the only thing you need to do there is move the mobs to the orb, and stop the unstable rifts

for example here you leap to the pack and then turn about and get blasted in the back for nearly 2 seconds before you charge

the pull goes fine for a bit, you pick up the next pack, the dk grips in stragglers, then the druid typhoons with no ursols. you immediately charge through the pack, which puts your back to them

then it looks like youre getting antsy bc the mobs are spreading

in response you shift l/r a bit, put yourself out of block direction and die

when in doubt you can literally just s key to keep mobs in front of you

strafe is better but if there are 5 melee mobs beating your ass and you wanna be safe, no one is gonna be like "lol look at this dude using s key"

I would make Ire a fixed trinket for all scenarios and the other slot situational and depends on what content you playing. For example, raids, I will pick Tome. M+, I will see which dungeon and pick accordingly, but usually antenna if you get all orbs and not missing anything or go for peacemaker as a standard passive.

Like I said; there's certain pulls where if the 2 mobs are separated, for example Pull 2, DPS will get aggro whilst they're still coming towards me.

If I have to switch to make an emergency kick, which is not my focus target; I can lose Aggro on the Goliath. I also find when I move switch to the Pulsar Orb, I lose aggro on the Starseer who cast it, if I have to run out to get the Orb.

I think I need to be more selfish and just target the main target, and not switch

In that scenario remember you have a few tools at your disposal

When I start that I will charge>taunt the starseer, then shield slam and thunder blast it, usually you’ll snag another shield slam. Taunt gives you a very large threat modifier there

Leap away which resets taunt

There’s no world where you should lose threat on that starseer unless people are blowing cds on it

And we all know pug dps are loathe to pop cds on a single mob

I keep getting TRUCKED by solo soak

I have a DH tank with me and he can't do solo soaks ever, so I'm having to do Solo Soaks every time

I'm surviving obvs, most pulls are fine becaues I'm able to line up DS with SW, but in the event that I don't and my mistweaver forgets to throw an external on me, i'm dead every time

Is this a stat thing? Is there a stat that saves me here to where I can tank it with full IP + SW to where I dont need to ask for external or blow my DS?

Cause I have Haste + Mast + Vers fibers in my bags and hella rings I can play around stats with
