Only exception would be as weeshy said, if you are doing Myth raid. I would go Shield even with 720 crafts, as you saw in ealier messages, shield craft is temporary and you aim to replace it with a 723 anyway

@elder oasis in this case you don't care about ovecapping IP, you are spending rage, which translate into Avatar CD reduction, so more avatar 🙂 and you generate rage with SS/TC/TB so you can spam more IP to use more rage etc...

depends on your preference and current gear, you can easily complete 4pc with hero items, myth would be better, but chest isnt best piece either, so there is no simple one to go solution, if you have decent other trinkets you can go with chest, if you prefer trinket thats fine as well

Antenna is apt for every spec, no spec has more chances because it simply is considered an apt item or it is not (afaik)
You could look into how large the item pool is for each spec, and choose the one with the smaller pool if everything you care about is getting antenna

You shockwave 3 casters, that’s 3 kicks, they sync, they come out of that and you disrupt, that’s 3 more for 6 seconds. They come out of that and you have aoe fear, that’s 3 more, they come out of that and you kick plus storm bolt, that’s 2 more, then follow up with a shockwave for 1-2 more
