Your blocked hits is incredibly low, which is because your SB uptime is incredibly low. Your haste is VERY VERY low, and you should absolutely be running Heavy Repercussions over ItF

Swap that choice node and your SB uptime will be much better. You can swap back to ItF when you break ~21k haste

You wasted about 1k rage in this run, which is 10 full bars of rage. Make sure you are slamming IP before hitting a generator if you are at 70+ rage

Avatar uptime is low as well. Partially this is do to wasted rage, but mostly due to just not pressing the button when it comes off CD

The major power of prot warrior is spending rage to cycle your CDs back sooner, so you hit them as many times as possible throughout the key

Wasting rage means fewer CDs

Fewer CDs means less damage

@acoustic hearth One last tip, Demo Shout increases your damage dealt to mobs via Booming Voice talent.

This means you want to Demo Shout before you use Roar and Shield Charge, if it's available.

Sequence should be Avatar>Demo>Roar>Shield Charge ideally. Obviously, if one of those isn't off CD you just send what you have

Demo Shout + Roar/Shield Charge will naturally sync/desync/sync again over the course of the key. I personally wouldn't wait more than a couple seconds to try to sync them up. If you have roar/shield charge and demo shout has like 5s left on CD it might be worth waiting for it to come up, but never hold a CD longer than that unless the pack is going to die soon

Either ring with haste/mastery (which afaik mastery is our last stat) or wrist with good stats (but I have a crafted wrist already that I can potentially shift the embellishment to my shield). Or I can pick up a heroic Araz's Ritual Forge or finally, socket. Sims for both patchwerk 1/5 and dungeon slice suggests ring. Haste on the ring is really nice but I'm stuck on the mastery part of it.
