I feel like i should upgrade one of my champ track items (ire/interloper), rather than my hero track haste>crit chest, but sims indicate otherwise. Inputs from the better warriors appreciated

how valuable is our shield ilvl to our overall defensivness? My vault is basically a choice between replacing hero tier gloves with mythic tier gloves, or upgrading my 691 shield to 704

I guess i should take chest as it also gives armor+stam, not only damage, and going from haste>crit chest to vers>haste isnt terrible since my vers is 6k and crit ~12k? Sims+char sheet are linked.

Torn between non-bis chest, but a good off-piece vs seaforium which is also good, but not bis either, since i have normal ire + heroic tome. Mostly fearing an ire nerf tbh, seems wild that its better than a +19 ilvl seaforium
