In order of priority, eliminate as you acquire them and/or have any option to get them guaranteed:

1. Myth track Tome
2. Myth track Brand (only second because if you are killing hunters, its likely you will reclear - but this trinket is #1 of all of them)
3. Myth track Antenna == Myth track Pacemaker (keep in mind you cant farm myth track pacemaker, but you can farm antenna if youre killing loomi weekly)
4. Myth track Shield == Myth track Weapon (EVEN IF YOU CRAFTED, congrats you saved 60 crests and only need 15 more to max it. ) Secondaries do not matter, their ILVL is what matters, unless youre sidegrading because that's your only pick, in which case you SIM.
5. Myth track tier or gear you can catalyze for tier set
6. Hero Brand > Myth trinkets in the A-tier section in the wowhead guide or top most in the icyveins guide. Simming is useful here. Hero Brand also falls here, depending on sim, but remember you can farm it weekly vs myth slot M+ trinkets.
7. Myth track defensive trinkets (Nucleous > Mud > Embrace, these 3 and Brand are the only good defensive trinkets as of right now)
8. For any other Myth slot, SIM,

Well you're incorrect and should believe in sims. Do me a favor and put your mouse over your secondaries and understand that higher sim that favors higher secondaries will mean that you will be more defensive, not to mention completely solving agro issues because more DPS means more threat. The only two things you do not sim for a decision are Shield (easy pick since you always want highest ilvl, so it goes like this: Myth > Crafted > Hero > everything else) and defensive trinkets listed above.

"What if i only have hero tracks?"
You can follow the prio above but for hero tracks, but remember you can farm any of these items in M+, and weekly in raid.

In AoE, if I have Violent Outburst, Thunder Blast is on cooldown and Shield Slam is available, do I wait out the Thunder Blast cooldown or just use Shield Slam?

Now im just thinking If i still should get the Ring with the runed+spark, or if I should be a good boy and do the Sword and wait for the ring drop

those are your 2 biggest upgrade slots for now for dmg and survivability

more dmg from you == less threat dropped == faster packs dead

I got mythic shield cracted, in vault I got Ward of the Weaving-Beast on 710 but now we farm that boss, rest I got useless mythic ring and 2x gloves I can catalyst to mythic item and fully upg instead of heroic track I got. I know I should take the shield, but the fact it drops from 3rd boss, and is farable I am not sure if its the right choice 😒

if you're progging raid, everything becomes farmable anyways eventually

those 3 ilvls on shield are a 'big' upgrade for shield basically

and frees up an embellish slot as well for your permanent craft next week (belt or bracers I guess)
