Worth noting in case it's unclear. The stacks of the debuff do not stun you. They only lower your movement speed. The thing that stuns is the web circles. As long as you don't get hit by those you're fine

It should be a rage spender instead of revenge basically. If you need to get rid of rage but don't need to refresh SB or IP really you can dump it with execute.
It also does a lot of damage so you should be looking to press it when you can if it's not going to rage starve/kill you
