AFAIK addons cannot transmit information to other clients automatically, you may be able to have it display something on a unit frame when you press a spell reflect macro but I doubt it would make a difference

i am genuinely just curious that's why im asking lol. sometimes it might happen because of misplays by pressing IP too early even though i'm not even close to capping rage, but I find myself in situations every single dungeon where I SS, proc a TB, press TB and proc Burst of Power + Strategist(or a Revenge that then procs the Strategist), spam 3 SS in a row where 2 of them procs TB and IP somewhere in there^
so now i have 1-2 second cooldown on TB, i cannot press it(long cd because no avatar up), avatar has gone off cooldown because it was alreayd low and the IP presses that has just happened over the last 6ish globals or wahtever.

SS is on cooldown because i just used up both Burst of Power procs, so i either press Revenge once or twice and wait for TB to go off cooldown so i can use on proc before i then press avatar

if im "lucky" that press of TB will proc the tier set which resets the CD so i can insta press it again delaying avatar even further

and if it happens in big AoE with a Whirling Blade ravager out ill be spamming IP to not overcap on rage, but none of that will feed into reducing Avatar cooldown because it's jsut sitting there waiting to be pressed

As an explanation as to why, Shield is the only piece of gear that provides block value, which fuels our main mitigation method (blocking)

wowhead lists bracers and belt because those slots you wont replace, but its high value to craft shield and weapon early in the season and/or if you dont have myth tracks guaranteed even if you replace them by myth tracks later

After that, the most notable things are tier pieces (can't craft) and weapon (provides weapon damage, the only source from gear)

You'd eventually replace the wep and shield entirely because of this if you had a choice, since ilvl is the most important piece for those slots

That's why crafting a shield/wep early skyrockets your performance asap

1. wha'ts the difference between the 3 talents for roar compared to 2 talents spear + cruel strikes. Is it for rage ? damages ?
2. is i dont get why my 4P deals "that" less damages compared to top players (i know that trinket are not that good and shield weapon not up yet)
3. My stats are not enough in term of versa or mastery ?

1. you need full talents or else its not worth getting spear or roar, yes its for DPS
2. it deals less damage because your crit is way too low

and not worth considering over the rage gain of spear's piercing challenge but this is debatable, apparently Nome likes it on the wowhead build

spear increases your crit amount while its up, so good damage paired with thane

aka burst windows

see champion's might

bleeds as thane dont really hit as hard

so troar is only really used on keys or heavy aoe that lasts

having 1/2 cruel strikes is ok

you can sim the change and see if its any different

but yeah i recommend getting more crit

we go ilvl > haste > crit after all

shield ilvl makes the biggest difference tbh and you can farm hero neck from a bunch of places
