can someone settle a debate for me please. How would battle scared vetteran work (assuming you are at 100% hp) ? 1) you take a hit that would take you below 30% health and the entire hit is reduced by 80%. 2) You take a hit that would drop you below 30% health, you take 70% of the damage and the last part is reduced by 80%. 3) It will only trigger on the next instance of damage once you get the buff.

Hey, just wanted to ask some questions I'm pretty new to Prot and I feel like raiding and ST rotation is ok but everytime I go into M+ I feel like I end up having empty GCD's even tho I'm keeping up Shield Block and ignore pain so idk, would love to hear some tips or if this is just normal

My other question is in regards to Shield Charge, I see a lot of people put it near the beginning of their opener casting it very soon after shield block and I don't see how that makes sense since I personally thought it was better to delay it to then have more upkeep on Shield Block but I might be wrong.

Having something to press every GCD is more important than having IP uptime

Most of the time, just press IP when rage is high to prevent overcapping and you'll be using it enough

Makes sure you always have rage left in the tank to press revenge if everything else is down
