So you push ip and you get a ss proc. When you spend the ss proc that puts you on gcd. If there is something higher on the priority list that is also on the gcd then wouldn't it have been better to just use ip normally while also pushing the highest prio gcd ability?

I dont like vers because you cant hit any lvl relevent for it to actually do anything, so personally i would just keep stacking haste and crit and not care about the others
But thats a personal thing
Theres no lvl of any stat thats going to make or break any lvl of content
Tankiness comes from play not stats
Damage comes alittle from stats but mostly its just play too
